I utilised GK Construction for the first time recently, at work.
Very impressed, highly professional yet competitive.
I had someone come out and measure up, send me a quote, full RAMS. Job booked in, completed on time, no fuss, excellent standards and quality. Follow up checks to ensure I was satisfied.
They designed and built me a compressor room from the ground up.
You don't often find this level of expertise amd professionalism any more.
Highly recommend, have already engaged for further works.

If their driving is any indication of their work then guessing their pretty obnoxious, in a rush and leave things to the last minute with no consideration of others or their surroundings. Completely unaware they're in branded vehicles representing their company. Would avoid at all costs!

Just avoid - they built a small extension for us, started in 2022 and if I hadn’t chased and chased it probably still wouldn’t be done (it isn’t). Actually became a running joke with my neighbours about it taking more time to build than the Taj Mahal. Constantly told “we haven’t forgotten about you” so you wait a little longer but you have to constantly chase.

Had to get legal advice in the end and have spent the last 12 months trying to get a damp issue resolved, and they’re now totally ignoring messages. Have given up and sourced another builder to fix issues.
