Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star. PB Services placed an order with us, received the items, but hasn’t fully paid the invoice. Despite multiple attempts to get a payment, the invoice remains unpaid.

On the phone, he says he’ll make payment but never follows through. He keeps mentioning wanting to return the items so we can settle the payment that way, but we’re well past the return period. Additionally, he hasn’t responded to previous communications regarding how to process a return.

In summary, be cautious with payments on account. This is not someone who keeps his word. We are now proceeding with a debt collection agency, which is unfortunately time-consuming and will incur additional costs for PB Services.
