Having had a new boiler fitted last year by Tom Hobbs and his team we asked Tom to replace two bathrooms for us. We were delighted with the boiler replacement and were even more pleased by the work done in our bathrooms - they have been transformed. The team are professional, polite and very hard working and the finished result is excellent. They respected our house and ensured the job was completed on time. To say we are pleased is an understatement. Tom is great to deal with and a good communicator. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Craig who works alongside him.

Tom and Craig have completed a fabulous Bathroom refurb for us in time for Xmas. They work fantastically together and possess all of the qualities so often missing with today’s Trades. Honest, assiduous, clean, knowledgeable I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a consequence of doing a complete heating system change and the bathroom, they will be doing our kitchen in the near future

It’s been just over a week since Tom and his employees James and Matt fitted our new boiler what a joy waking up to heating that works !
Tom was recommended to us by friends who had used him to supply and fit their new boiler. So pleased they did right from the initial meeting through to the installation of the boiler Tom and his team were excellent, nothing was too much trouble even rerouting our pipes , all the old components were removed, any mess hastily cleaned up, The quality of the work was top notch and it was all done at a reasonable price,
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can’t recommend these guys enough:
Smart, swift, reliable, clean and friendly - we’ve known and used H.D. Plumbing’s services for over a decade (both professionally and personally) and Tom and his crew has always given us a perfect service at sensible prices (as an example: we contacted yesterday to say our toilet wasn’t flushing: his guys were round, the toilet fixed and cleaned, and the bill paid - all by the end of the same day!)

I cannot recommend Tom and his fellow engineers highly enough. We had a problem with the first floor central heating not working properly, and two young, extremely helpful and polite engineers came to wrestle with the problem. In the end, the fix was very simple and because of that, we were not charged for the work. Obviously, that won't happen every time (!) but I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent firm or calling them out again in emergency. Such considerate and top-class service is rare nowadays and we were very glad to have had them recommended to us by a neighbour who had also received brilliant service.

Complete replacement of central heating and hot water systems (Boiler, cylinder, tvr's, radiator etc)
We were not looking forward to this. It was however a genuine pleasure to work with Tom and his team. They were professional, meticulous, and very much aware that they were working in somebody's home. Nothing was too much trouble.
We have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them again
