Lovely lake front area. But a nightmare to live around, constant dumping of rubbish, damage done to local buildings, dodgy people, smell of weed, kids setting off the carpark fire alarms on a regular basis usually late at night and not being stopped for several hours (We actually had to figure out the fire alarm codes to fix the issue ourselves since the council refuse to do anything) . To top it off with obscenely high rent prices/buying prices, flooding on the odd occasion and delivery drivers not caring enough to check the buildings they’re delivering to I’d say avoid moving to fletton quays. If you don’t mind all of the issues it’s the perfect place for you!

High density mixed development with astronomical maintenance/ service charges, dominated by a half built hulk of what should be an hotel, but developer went into liquidation taking £15Million of Public funding. Hotel not likely to open in the near future.

This place LOOKS really nice. However, you can absolutely tell that this place is made cheap. Everything in here was built with the cheapest materials you could buy. Walls are super thin, paint is not real paint. I can go on.

But it’s pretty and right off the river and super close to the town center so it’s convenient

I only saw a little bit in the dark, looks lovely from outside and delighted that the old engine shed has been preserved. Was helping to drop off the ballot box and the rest of the stuff from the European election

Great, modern development with some great flats overlooking the river, however, the place feels a little devoid of life and character and is far from the cultural and artistic quarter it was originally intended to be.

Looking for the future with these flats and houses...but worry my children cannot afford to buy one or even maybe rent. I do worry about young adults like my children if they'll be able to get on the property ladder...

Nice flats near River Nene but sometimes there is a noisy bloke dressed as a builder shouting about construction at a camera. Ruined my cup of tea.
