I have never seen a worse company than persimmon. Consumer service hopeless, nine months i am waiting for them to fix my floor under warranty and every week they lie to me "thats will be done next week, wait till next week, we will contact you next week... etc"
NINE MONTHS !!!!!! LIARS !!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!

After fitting our kitchen badly the first time when they came back they then messed it up again with the plumbing work and have now told us it’s no longer there responsibility as it’s out of the 2 year warranty even though the job isn’t even finished.
