If you are thinking of getting a home through cross keys I really wouldn't recommend at all they do not care about tenants especially in regards to antisocial behaviour
James isn't understanding he backtracks what he's said to you he shuts you up and makes you feel you can't speak or are in the wrong he doesn't do his job correctly I reported my neighbours for numerous amounts of disturbing the peace being abusive drinking daily outside I recorded the proof and sent it only for it to be in vein because he couldn't hear it it's a hate crime I'm dealing with and it doesn't matter how many times you complain nothing gets done except the odd letter might be sent I wish I'd never moved in here the staff at cross keys are enabling their behaviour by ignoring really serious complaints yet encourage you to keep reporting why If your a pound short on your rent except calls if you report any job or any complaint it takes weeks I got well and truly fobbed off today I was basically told that if nobody collaborates what I'm saying nothing will be done disgusting people

Meghann and Andrew were amazing!
So kind & helpful, really made me feel at ease.
I was having the worst time with my buyers, they kept delaying the sale and Andrew was so patient and understanding.
He really helped push the estate agent along by calling them everyday.
They all work hard to make sure their buyers/tenants are happy.
In my new home now and I’ve never been happier it’s absolutely beautiful!
Thank you Crosskeys ❤️

Absolute joke, they try and bully money out of people without saying what it’s for. Charged me more than £15 extra per week than others in same block of flats and told me I don’t have the right to know why. Having more and more emails and phone calls than ever since leaving a ckh property. Ignored my complaints about mould and other issues to do with property I was renting. I had a broken lock on my outside post box which they told me it’s not there responsibility to replace even though it was broke and pointed out upon moving in. Oh did I mention I had no right to discuss my own tenancy agreement with them.

Company that is only orientated on taking money. They not give any proper support in repairs and support for anti social behaviour. They do not care. They care only for rent.

Absolutel joke. Got crackheads smoking crack in our communal back garden yet cross keys won’t put a gate up because it’s communal! May be communal, but not public!
