Had my roof lining repaired, initially it looked like a small batch repair would fix my leak however, on further discovery the extent of the damage was much more broad than just an isolated area. John and his team were open and honest about the issues that required attention, they didn't want to leave the property without making sure it was going to fix the problem. We then came to an agreement to fix the now much larger job, I can appreciate this created a logistical nightmare as this was thrown on them unexpectedly. John and his team were able to complete all the work in within a week despite the challenging weather conditions, have full confidence with the quality of work the problem will be fixed for years to come and I now have peace of mind with the 10 years guarantee.

strange as had this company out to do a quote. a week later they ring me asking why i had left them a negative review even i hadnt left them any review but based on that interaction i would not recommend
this company. customers have the right to leave a review as they see fit and if someone did leave them a negative you dont start calling customers to accuse them of doing so. polite when we first met. appeared professional but i certainly didnt leave them a review but ringing me to ask why i did has lead to this review. the company have replied saying this is a fake review. fortunately i have the call log from 12/1/24 when the rep rang me asking why i had left a fake review. i hadnt but have done since that call as it was very unprofessional.

This company has done a great job as they have been punctual and reliable whilst doing a roof repair. They have completed the job on time and have charged a reasonable price. John was very helpful as he kept me updated about the job and the next steps. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is an update to an earlier review where I had commented on the experience and service provided by this company, which was initially not quite to my expectations. However, I am really pleased to say that the company has since taken the appropriate steps to resolve the outstanding issues to my satisfaction. The company clearly redeemed itself and demonstrated understanding and a very good sense of responsibility. They have been sincere in honouring the contracted works. So I would like to express my thanks to the good chaps who returned to complete the works as agreed and in the good faith shown. Very polite, considerate and hospitable. A really nice outcome at the end. Would certainly recommend and re-consider them for future projects.
