Scam , Avoid .
Please check first before giving him go a head for your project.
He tries to mislead and take an advantage from the customer as soon as the customer trust him.

I will report him to trading standard.

I have asked him for 4 meter single story extension and paid him £850 fee , all I get was a drawing with no details .
He tried to scam me further and asked me to pay around £2000 for beam calculations, £300 for every visit and any information the builders require will cost more and so on, he demands around £5000 more.

Anyone wants to contact me I am happy to give a feedback about him with the proof that what he has done for me.

I had to pay £800 for a decent architect to start again for a complete project which Bretway Designs meant to do.
