Absolutely outstanding service, extremely positive and helpful especially for people who aren't amazing at doing there own admin, i had Helen and i can honestly say i have had the best experience with her than any other recruiter, makes other recruitment agencies look inadequate she helped and reassured me all the way through the process and got me the job that i really wanted.

Premier construction recruitment was absolutely brilliant! Professional and friendly, they really do their best to make sure the candidate fits with the required job.

They regularly follow up with both the client and new employee to make sure both parties are happy. I had a friendly call two months in to see how I was getting on.

They aways make themselves available and genuinely care.

PCR has a passion for what they do and it shows in their actions.

Their attention to even the small details has resulted in me being happily employed. I am content and have no complaints about the company I work for and going to work is not a real job.

By far the best agency I've ever worked for and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Max has been such a great help and is always on hand to offer support and guidance. Not only did he secure me a great position with a local landscaping company he also helped me with enrolling on a course to further develop my skills and knowledge. Working with PCR has been great and Max calls me regularly to catch up and make sure everything is running smoothly. I've never experienced this level of support with any agency and I couldn't be happier.

With COVID hitting self employed particularly hard, was looking for a job in summer and saw a job on indeed for a position local to me through this agency. Never worked through an agency before, however Max and his team made it very very easy. Real nice and genuine guy to work for, always on the end of the phone to answer any questions about the job itself throughout my time there. And a courtesy catch up call a few weeks after I'd moved on to a different job to see how I was getting on. Absolutely no issue when it came to moving on either and no pressure to stay working there. Paid on time every single week without fail. Would and will be recommending to anyone I know needing agency workers and work.
