Joe was the architect we chose to design a massive (200 sqm) mid terrace Victorian house conversion, with an L shaped loft conversion, a single storey wrap around ground floor kitchen extension and a complete redesign on the internal layout of the property.

Joe supplied us a first class service from start to finish. We went with his initial design, and didn’t change anything, as he executed a perfect design based on our brief. He’s extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of architecture, building, building control and planning. The first design that he submitted to the Haringey planning department was given permission, within 8 weeks! and the planner even complimented him on the quality of his CAD drawings.

He always went the extra mile for us and always responded to my relentless questions!
