From getting the initial quote before buying our house to the fitting and installation I couldn’t be happier. Alan and the team were brilliant and nothing was too much hassle. Had the full house re piped and all new radiators and new boiler fitted. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Rang Adam on Thurs 12th Oct, he came out later that day. He explained the problem and gave us a few options and prices and was not pushy at all. We decided to opt for a new boiler and the price was very reasonable. Adam went above and beyond to ensure our boiler was fitted on the Fri so we weren't without heating any longer. We felt relaxed with Adam and Alan from the start as we weren't pressured into anything. They are very easy to talk to and explain everything. Nothing is a trouble to them. All aspects of work was carried out very professionally and efficiently. Excellent first class service. We will definitely recommend Cozee Warm. And we will be using these from now on for all our future needs.

Well what can I say Alan and his team came out today and installed my new worcester bosch combi boiler.
Alan was very knowledgeable and Adam and his team were very punctual and polite had a small issue with the hive controller rang Adam up and he cameback to rectify the issue.
I would recommend cozee warm to anyone wanting very good quote.
Really knowledgeable tradesmen these guys are top class and thank you again lads.

Alan and Adam are very professional in their approach to the work carried out at our home.
Explained how the work would be carried out and exactly what to expect.
Both are very prompt, arrived on time and left our house very clean and tidy, removed all the old materials.
The Hive central heating appliance is very easy to use and handy when being away as it can be operated from any mobile device.
I’ve had no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends, who have already used them.
Rang Alan this morning on an unrelated matter and he was in our house within the hour.
Again explaining what was required and he would return promptly.
Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Alan Ward visited me the day after I asked him to price a new boiler installation at my home when he explained how the work would be done, taking note of my concerns about one or two things. I was reassured on all matters and agreed a very reasonable price and an installation date. Alan and son Adam turned up at he time agreed and within half a day the job was done. The boiler, outside vents etc, pipework and wireless thermostat were all fitted very neatly; the old boiler and other scrapped items were removed and the work area was left clean and tidy.
Everything went as planned and am confident that I will receive more of the same professional follow up service in the years to come.
Having been let down by my previous service company and knowing at first hand how this family run business operates, I can highly recommend Alan and Adam's standard of work at a reasonable cost.
My daughter's next boiler and its service will a be in this company's hands.

We recently had our new boiler installed by Cozeewarm. From the very first instance we felt comfortable. Alan the owner was very easy going, polite, not pushy at all. He explained our options, gave us a few different prices for different boilers and simply left us with the details. No hassles, no pressure at all. We got a few more quotes, and finding they were all quite similar, we decided to use Cozeewarm, it just felt right..
