I had the pleasure of meeting Janine Gilbert when she was appointed Thurrock Resident Liason Officer , what a genuinely lovely person she is , she was so informative and helpful and made the whole process so much easier to understand . Her customer services were outstanding. She has a very warm friendly nature and is a credit to the company . MANY MANY THANKS Janine.

I have had a horrible experience with these guys. They came to work in my house for some Fiting and they made things worse. I would give them no star at all if I could. They made a mess of the house which I had to repaint my entire house. They did not change the old pipe which they originally came for. I woulds recommend this guys at all.

Carrying out work at the flats where I live .
Been a complete farce from the beginning, contractors onsite doing as they please not controlled at all by the Kensa site "team" .
Repeated complaints by the residents in all 3 blocks of flats . Total fiasco, most of which has been blamed on the covid 19 problem .
