Alan and his team at Equilibrium recently worked on my Grade II listed property in Rye, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They restored and sanded the original floorboards beautifully, adding soundproofing underneath, which has made a noticeable difference. They also painted throughout and installed a new boiler, Nest system, and new radiators. Alan clearly understands the delicate balance between restoration and modernisation, and his respect for the property's original features really stood out.

Communication was excellent, and Alan was able to problem-solve quickly when any unexpected issues arose. His passion for historical buildings was clear throughout the project. I'm very pleased with the work so far and look forward to starting phase two of my restoration with Equilibrium very soon. Highly recommend!

Professional, great communicators, a lovely team, and often left the house tidier at the end of the day than we left it for them at the start! We asked them to look at a couple extra groundworks/landscaping jobs, which they were really helpful at guiding us in what would be the best solution, as well as doing a great job completing the work.
