They have a great team of talented staff and excellent resources and contacts in sourcing exactly what their client is looking for.

Would avoid at all costs, estimates under scope as they have no landscape knowledge, the staff are over worked and underpaid. Seems to be no management. Office rude. No aftercare for people who buy their poorly delivered gardens. I will be taking legal action over my garden. FYI don’t bother calling office you’ll be fobbed off by either Tony or Tom not sure of his name and Craig or Chris or Colin. Again not sure of name phone line is too crackly.

We moved into a new build Redrow property in Shaftesbury and Graduate Landscapes Ltd was the contract service. We had our rear garden rotavated and the lawn laid by Dave and Carl, together with the front lawn and gravel edging. Awful! Avoid! Asked for quote May 2021. Advised needed topographical survey at cost of £1,020 for them to quote so I had this arranged June. Said they would get back to me in 2/3 weeks with outline design. Nothing! Chased numerous times by phone/email - either received delaying emails or just ghosted (no reply). November asked for formal complaints procedure - no reply. January 2022 I emailed Tony Richards, MD with formal complaint. After me chasing a reply was told they had sent an email in October - odd how I received all other emails and not this one! Tony also claimed they had not received any correspondence from me after October even though they had briefly replied to some!! Tony ghosted my reply.
