I would like to say a huge thank you to Dave and the team at BS Knapp for completing a single storey extension, together with various internal alterations for us earlier this year. We would not hesitate to recommend them and anyone looking to use them would be welcome to see the work they completed at ours.

We were impressed with them from the beginning. We invited 15 different companies out to quote for our work, some of which didn't even bother getting back to us. Those that did, either wanted a large deposit in advance, which we weren't comfortable with or their quotes weren't very detailed. We were, therefore, blown away with how comprehensive Mark's quote was.

We are so happy that we chose to use BS Knapp. Our work was carried out to a high standard and of all the good things I could say about them, most importantly, I found that they really cared about their work and the quality of the work that they did. When it came to finishing touches, they were also incredibly patient with our indecisivenss!! (Sorry, guys!).

We had a baby during this time and I was on maternity leave, so I was around 24/7. They were all a lovely bunch of guys to be around! It wasn't ideal living on a building site with 2 young children and 2 dogs, but they were so accommodating with us living there and tidied up every single day!

A huge thank you again to all involved in building our dream home!

We were looking to extend our home and invited numerous builders around to quote for the work, one of which was Mark from BS Knapp. Mark came prepared with our drawings to the meeting and was very friendly. Mark later provided us with a quote for the work. Of all the builders who provided us with quotes BS Knapp provided us with the most detailed eight page quote which detailed exactly what was included within the quote. Their payment terms were fantastic too.

We have a young family, all the workers and sub contractors were a pleasure to be around whilst working at our home. We even enjoyed listening to Dave singing his heart out to smooth radio whilst he was working. Our two year old daughter absolutely loved Dave too who was incredibly friendly around our daughter. BS Knapp’s communication throughout the project was fantastic and we were regularly updated on the project.

We can’t thank Mark, Dave, Jack, Mike, Rick and Nathan etc. for the transforming our house into our dream home which our children will enjoying growing into adults in. We can’t recommend BS Knapp highly enough!! Thank you BS Knapp!!!

Dave, Mark and the team have done a great job on our two storey rear extension. Very professional team, clean and tidy. Absolutely great with our young children and considerate of their safety.Great eye for detail and new ideas. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again

We are currently experiencing fake reviews. Racheal Cartwright, Mike applegate, Philip hannaford.
We have never quoted or done work for these people and this has been reported to Google. We are always happy to show our work history and have plenty of customers who are happy to talk to new customers about upcoming projects.

our experience with this family business was how everyone involved was PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, PLEASANT and KNOWLEDGEABLE,always on time and very tidy when doing a complete refurb downstairs including putting in a complete new kitchen-knocking hall way out and reconstruction of the staircase,and the building of our patio, (they worked through some difficult weather conditions and the end result was brilliant) ,all of the work involved was done to a high standard and we are really happy.Would highly recommend.
