Where to start?! This company (or at least, the Bristol office) is SO disorganised! Communication and accountability are unknown values to this crowd...

They have done the work so badly out of sync that they've created so much unnecessary work for themselves and made a mess of the house in the process.

It's already taken 6 weeks longer than expected and every day seems to be one step forward but 2 steps back. There's been all variety of excuses and lots of promises - it's all bull$h!t.

There have been countless different workers in and out of the house - one even caught red-handed trying to steal something!
The supervisors never turn up when promised & never answer the phone. The workers today have been in such a bad mood - and I don't blame them - the whole thing is a shambles! But to take that attitude with the client when the problem lies within their organisation is not acceptable.

The tradesmen seem to get sent to do the job whether they are suitable for the task or not - a wall demolished inside the house by guys that had clearly NEVER had any experience of this before. Tiling completed in the bathroom by someone that obviously hasn't even *seen* someone do tiling, let alone done it before.

The instruction from the office seems to be to "wing it" and they all seem to be willing to "give it a go" but it's tiresome and downright depressing when you can see that's it's not going to work and they'll have to send someone else to redo it... these are so-called professionals - it's a skilled trade - they do this every day - and yet simple snags seem to utterly dumbfound them.

We can't wait for them to be finished and GONE!

Just another useless construction firm - there seems to be SO many of them around...

I have had Snape vans parked over my driveway all day! they didn't knock and ask if it would be ok! I sent a polite email to them requesting them to move which has been ignored! I sent a second email which has also been ignored! Very unprofessional and RUDE!
