We are buying a house for the first time, and we asked Stabuild to assess whether it was structurally sound given that the vendor had done some work. Walid was amazing. He was super responsive, answered A LOT of our questions, was very reassuring and offered advice on other matters too. This prompted me to make a phone call and I was greeted by Walid, for an impromptu chat about my requirement. Walid was extremely warm, friendly and professionally experienced. I discussed some concerns I had that required a full structural survey and was keen on his investigative findings.

I booked the survey without hesitation and was able to get a date booked immediately.

The report was thorough and to high standard - alleviating any concerns I may have had about the superstructure of the property.
