We feel lucky to have found Tayross to deal with our party wall problem. Carl and JP were thorough, meticulous, and professional from the outset. We were given a clear timescale for the inspection and for preparation of the report on the two houses involved, which was adhered to. The report was very detailed, not only solving the problem we consulted about, but also giving useful advice about some other issues that needed attention. We recommend Tayross unreservedly and would certainly turn to them should we have any problems in the future.

Sorely disappointed. My party wall case was left hanging because a staff member left this company a couple of years ago, and I wasn't advised, so I was sending emails to an address that wasn't being seen (not even an out of office turned on). When this was discovered, Carl was initially apologetic and very helpful.
However, I have now responded to detailed (and sometimes insulting!) enquiries from the other party's surveyors many months ago. I have followed up with Carl, who has recently (last 6 months) ignored emails and voicemails, so I don't even know if the other party's surveyor has confirmed receipt of my responses.
When suggestions are made by the other party's surveyor that I have dragged this out, it is imperative that prompt actions are taken (within a reasonable timeframe, of course). I am currently seeing no signs of this.
So, my case is stuck in the ether, with no updates or timetable, or any comms at all. As I said, sorely disappointed!
