Lewisham homes use Lift Engineering. At the moment I am not impressed. But tomorrow will be another day!! We will see if the reviews are not true. I dislike promises being broken by repairing teams, but nothing is perfect in this world.

Peabody uses this company and I tell you the truth these are the most incompetent people/company I have ever come across in my life! They usually don't show up and lie about it to Peabody and when they do show up they do half a job and lift breaks down within hours.

I wish Peabody would stop using them because the entire building and the next two roads after ours has told them how bad this company is!!!!

If you're thinking about using them PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE, YOU'LL BE LEFT WISHING YOU HAD NEVER COME ACROSS THEM AFTER BEGGING FOR THEM TO SHOW UP!!!

THIS COMPANY HAS currently LEFT US WITHOUT A WORKING LIFT FOR 3 WEEKS AND the last 2 WEEKS DOING HALF A JOB AND THEN NOT TURNING UP OR EVEN UPDATING THE JOB REQUEST!!!

Our caretaker was stuck in the lift for two hours and these useless "engineers" were actually incapable of showing up so the firehouse team came out to get him out of the lift - and they got here with 20 minutes after the call yet LES "ENGINEERS" NEVER SHOWED UP, DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING THE HOUSING ASSOCIATION TO SEE IF THE CARETAKER WAS OK.
These people aren't just bad at what they do, they will drive you mad. It is literally the MOTHER COMPANY OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE not engineers!!!

They're happy to leave elderly and disabled people without lifts for months on end. We're in hackney and Our Christmas was also ruined because of this company. So many elderly people in our building didn't have a way to leave because they have Zimmer walkers and wheelchairs and others that don't simply can't walk up or down that many flights of stairs.

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. FORGET ABOUT BEING GOOD ENGINEERS, THEY AREN'T EVEN GOOD PEOPLE!!!

INSTEAD HOW ABOUT DONT LET IT GET TO THIS POINT AND ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOBS PROPERLY?

This company is useless ever since they installed the lift in my block we have had to call them out at least once a month we have been without the lift over the full Christmas and New Year I myself am house bound without the lift as I cannot climb the stairs to the 6th floor due to health issues. To date I was not able to attend my brothers funeral and over the Christmas period I was unable to have Christmas dinner with my daughter and grandchildren due to the lift being out of service. Do not use this company they are useless.

Terrible service.
The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with.
Constantly lie to tenants (Me) and to the Housing Association giving different answers to different people with regard to repairs.
Total disregard to the pleas of people with mobility issues and happy to leave them with no access to the outside world.
Like to fob people off and not just get on with the job they’re paid to do.
A lift company without spare parts?(3 weeks up to now)
A lift company without ladders? (6 week wait)

Absolute sham of a company, lift been out of service for over a month. They LIE to residents and to Landlords and leave us in the dark. The staff on the phone lines are disgustingly rude and unhelpful. I’m sure the reviews above one star Are fake.. make sure to read and believe these 1star reviews before thinking of choosing these people to supply/service your lifts they are not competent at all and seeing the other reviews just confirms what I Already knew.

Do not use them they don’t turn up for jobs leaves residence without lift services for weeks and when you call to find out what’s happening they say there the over flow team and don’t know anything. I have been a prisoner in my own home for almost a week as I rely on the lift and it’s Christmas I can’t even order food shopping because delivery men refuse to carry up stairs. In 2020 in the pandemic I was stuck at home for over 4 months without a lift no shopping battling depression on top on my Illnesses. Stay far away from them

Useless. Absolutely useless. Quick enough to fleece money out of an housing association but doesn't live up to its obligations. What sort of engineering company doesn't have spare parts then makes disabled residents reliant on the only lift wait SIX WEEKS to access the outside world. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES.
This company is absolutely useless! They make up lies after lies and don't attend sites to carry out repairs. The excuses are the worst and they keep repeating them to avoid having to do any work. Please look at the other one star reviews before dealing with them. You will be pulling your hair out!
