I cannot recommend Kevin at MyHousePlan highly enough! We instructed Kevin after his very quick responses to emails and his great ideas. We loved that he actually listened to what we wanted, but was also realistic with the budget we had. We had a bit of a nightmare with a previous architect who was slow and unrealistic, but Kevin put all our worries aside and was extremely efficient and professional. He finished our plans ahead of schedule, submitted them for approval and kept on top of everything. We're just waiting to be in a position to instruct for the building regulations, but will of course be using MyHousePlan for that as well!

When I discovered that I needed planning permission for a pool I did the usual google search. I phoned a few but when I spoke to Kevin at MyHousePlan I was surprised at the interest he showed in my problem. He spoke to me in plain english (unlike some) and I felt inside that he would do a good job and try his hardest for me. (sometimes you get that feeling just from a phone call)

He arranged to come over and looked at the existing work done, he took measurements and produced the most amazing architectural drawing to submit for planning permission. There was also a smaller issue I had which he said he would include in the price.

All that said I was delighted to get planning permission for my pool and also get permission for the side issue too - I have never had to apply for something like this before but I was totally blown away by how easy Kevin made things

To be honest my involvement was to call MyHousePlan, speak to Kevin and wait for him to solve the problem. Totally professional, reasonably priced, always keeping me updated and even answering my silly questions

If you have a planning issue I would 101% recommend MyHousePlan - I am certain you will not find anyone better at the job or anyone more "on your side" than them.
