Met Martin in mid July after we had arranged to get a quote from UBS. He was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions etc and said that we would have a quote within 48 hours. We feel disappointed and badly let down as we have never heard anything from him. This is in spite of us chasing the quote with a text on the 20th July and then a phone call at a later date, at which point he said we would have the quote by the weekend. It is now the third week in September and we are still waiting!
