My neighbour and I used Waterways to lower the kerbs outside of our drives and to tarmac the pavement. Very good service, quoted straight away and did the job when permission was granted by the council. We had a water leak on our mains supply between the meter and the property, on investigation we found the 45m of pipe work we had, to be beyond repair, so John and the team came in and replaced the old pipe work with a complete new 45m length. They managed to mole the new pipe in without any joints , and with minimal ground disturbance. The job from start to finish was excellent, I would thoroughly recommend this company. Recently moved into a new house and found issues with the drainage pipework. Contacted Waterways who visited within a few hours to internally survey the pipework and quote for the repairs required for an ancient, complicated pipework system which was awkward to access/dig. The quote came back at what i determined to be a good price for the work and parts involved. Waterways were able to then attend and complete the work within a week. The team worked hard, on a very hot day, to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. Professional at all times they left my home clean and tidy on completion of the work. Many thanks to the team and i'll be giving them a shout for the next work, when i extend my house.

I had a problem with a blocked manhole that needed re-mortaring. I spoke to john and sent some photos, he gave me a quote. His team arrived on time, and have done a wonderful job. No mess no fuss and nothing was too much trouble. Good old fashioned customer service! I hope I don't need their services again but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team did a thorough job but were unprepared and ended up using my water supply and damaging my property.

They're office came across as empathetic on the phone and gave me false promises. Since they have been rude and refusing to compensate. Telling me to "live with it".

I can't believe South West Water uses this company.

Ruined my house (which I've only recently finished renovating - I have put literal blood sweat and tears into my home) and refusing to compensate.
