I've always wanted electric gates - and when we moved last year I got quotes from a number of different suppliers and fitters. It's a big purchase and we wanted to get it right - I'm so glad we went with Brady at Durkin Gate Automation. From day one he was a pleasure to deal with; very responsive and knowledgeable. We contacted Brady for advice after having lost confidence in the company who installed our electric gates. He has since returned several times, and sorted any issues we have had with the gates. From initial visit though to installation, during which time we questioned, changed our minds about things and questioned again, Brady and his team showed knowledge, care and the utmost professionalism. They made suggestions which had never crossed our minds, and were able to accommodate all our requests too. We are pleased with how the installation was done and even more so with the finished gates and the automation system.
We have 2 gates and Brady and the team were able to make it so they compliment each other, but are not identical. We’ve also been impressed with the post installation service too.

Looking at the website I thought my domestic fencing job would be too small for them to bother. Absolutely not. Brady responded within an hour of my original text (on a Sunday evening) asking me to outline what I was after. He came out to measure up and provided a quote. We had looked at others, some cheaper, some more expensive but chose Brady as he was really local. Before he ordered materials he came round again to check exactly what we wanted. The installation was done over a couple of days by Brady and Scott (they made it easy because they both take milk and 2 sugars in their tea). Really pleased with the quality of the materials and workmanship. It looks great and I’m sure it will last for years. Can’t recommend them highly enough. It just proves, you get what you pay for!
