We have just had our integral garage converted into a bedroom with a built in wardrobe. We obtained quotes from local builders and Elite were very competitive on price, but what also convinced us to go with Elite was the professional manner that the quoting process was carried out in. Our questions were answered promptly, once Elite knew what we wanted they offered suggestions of various ways to achieve that. The quote and payment plan were clearly laid out.
During the conversion there were a couple of minor changes we wanted made (they were only apparent when certain points of the conversion were reached) the Elite workmen and the subcontractors that Elite used were all very helpful in suggesting how the changes could be made.
All of the staff that we dealt with both on site and in the office were all very helpful and courteous, also the workmen kept the work as tidy as they could and with as little disruption to us as possible.
We would certainly go back to Elite if we have any further work to be carried out.

This was an amazing experience with these guys. Dave and Sean were so professional and nothing appeared to faze them. Our project was renovation of a grade 2 listed building along with renovation of a barn joining both buildings with a glass link.
What a team they are a true credit to the building and construction industry. The whole on site team were so professional and a dream to work with. Nothing phased them and they had some real challenges on this project. COVID being one, Brexit, the war in Ukraine all impacted on materials being hard to source, but they got there, congratulations.

I can highly recommend Elite Property Services to work with. Professional, supportive, creating ideas, attention to detail and wanting to do the best job possible and wow, they did.

Elite completely refurbished three bathrooms for us simultaneously. From the advice given at the survey visit to the installation of the bathrooms themselves and all of the building work in between (in a Grade 2 Listed building), Elite have exceeded our expectations.
It was a pleasure to have them on site and would not hesitate to recommend them for general building improvements.

I have just had a shower extension completed by Elite Property Improvements. The workmen were excellent, polite and the end result and finish are excellent. Dave, who oversaw the project, has great ideas which were so helpful. Lee, the fitter, is a real perfectionist. My only disappointment was them quoting 6-8 weeks before they started and in reality it was 6 months! However, that said, they were worth waiting for!

I was a little surprised by all the workmens clean and tidy working discipline. it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Contacts with the office were always courteous and efficient. if i fall through my ceiling again i will not hesitate to have them repair it for me. well done all.
