Thank you for completing our incredible project. From the second we started working with Paul, we were totally reassured that we’d made the right decision. He’s meticulous, calm and very organised! From the weekly Friday on-site meets, the audio messages on WhatsApp, the constant video messaging to show us updates made us feel so relaxed. The hours and hours of planning, phone calls to trusted tradesman left us with nothing to do! Nothing was too much trouble and the work speaks for itself, phenomenal and we are so happy with the end result!

Paul and I met when I asked him to quote for bathroom upgrades in one of my HMO’s. Paul had a vast knowledge of the HMO market and subsequently went on to fully refurbish the property. He gave great advice on how to make my HMO reach its full potential and stand out and I now have a 6-bed, all ensuite, high-end HMO. After completion, and with the relationship we formed, Paul and I went on to joint ventures on another 3 projects with plenty more in the pipeline.
