Outstanding Service

Gary attended at very short notice to my Dad's house in Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran on a Saturday morning. He very quickly identified the problem and with his expertise and knowledge cleared a problematic issue with a drain for my 86 year old father. I can not speak highly enough of Storm Investigations, incredibly professional, very polite, clean, efficient and Gary was a great bloke too. Would highly recommend Storm Investigations for small or larger jobs and will not hesitate to call him again. Many thanks Mike, Fred and Mark.

I gave Gary at Storm Investigations a call when I was having issues with my septic system. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and quickly identified the issues that were causing problems. He was thoughtful in making recommendations that could save me from unnecessary costs and gave me tips to ensure I knew how to anticipate and avoid issues in the future. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and I would highly recommend him and his crew!

Had to call Storm out to unblock external underground waste pipes as kitchen sink was not draining and making weird glugging noises. Gary attended the same day, was very helpful, knowledgeable. Sorted my issue very quickly (lots of old fat in the pipes), had all the right equipment/tools and was competitively priced. Would definately recommend compared to national competitors.

Gary was knowledgeable and courteous. There is difficult access to my property but he managed it with no complaints or difficulties. The work was done in good time and there was good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend him to anyone, and will use again in the future.
