I contacted Horizon Civil Engineering at Cowbridge nearly two months ago enquiring of a costing for a kerb extension. I was initially impressed as they came out within 48hrs to assess the work and I was told that this was a straight forward job & would receive a costing within days.

After several emails & phone calls I have still not received any contact from Horizon. This was two months ago now and I am at a loss why. This is a disgraceful way to deal with a customer, I would certainly not be dealing with this company again.
