Used for building control and construction drawings. Some fair work but some woeful. He will deliver half baked drawings with content downloaded from the internet. You will then chase updates to bring the drawings in line with your design and it will take you months. He isn't very available on the phone or email. Once he has your money, you'll need struggling to get a response from him. He openly admitted in one call that he had 'lost track' of our project and become 'despondent'.
