We have no hesitation in recommending RGB Construction having had them carry out a major alteration to our 1930’s 3 bed semi. Comprising a loft conversion with en suite, wrap around ground floor extension, a new porch and landscaping of the rear garden. Rob and his team worked extremely hard and sympathetically, in agreed stages, as we lived in the property throughout. The quality, quantity and speed of their work was outstanding and they dealt calmly, quickly and professionally with a series of unexpected issues that the new build revealed. It’s nearly a year since completion and we remain delighted with our new home, that has been made strong again through the remedial measures carried out by RGB. Our bedroom in the new loft conversion is a joy. As are the new ground floor rooms and porch which now let in so much more light making for beautiful airy spaces. Walking out to the garden from our new kitchen diner is a delight to see how the landscaping has transformed the whole area providing new seating areas on different levels bounded with new walled planters. In short it is exactly what we wanted and so much better than we would ever have anticipated. Thank you Rob and all of your team.

Superb. We are absolutely thrilled with what RGB has achieved for us. The project was delivered on time, on budget and to an excellent standard by a courteous, professional and trustworthy team.
RGB handled the entire project and provided excellent customer service throughout. At the client specification stage, they met with us on numerous occasions to discuss all the available options and helped us refine our requirements which added value to the project. RGB also provided us with a sequence of the works which allowed us to mitigate against the disruption caused by the build which was invaluable given the fact we have a very young family.
RGB was able to bring the start of construction forward a few weeks and got our build weatherproof ahead of schedule. Construction was completed within the stated timeframe, despite RGB being let down at the last minute by one of their subcontractors. RGB were able to quickly source alternative subcontractors demonstrating their adaptability and immediate access to alternative subcontractors which we found comforting to know there was that level of resilience in these uncertain times.
At completion the quality standard exceeded our expectations with any minor snags being quickly resolved once identified.
