We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Brian did on our full house renovation in Birmingham.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. His creativity and attention to detail transformed our space, from the garage conversion to vaulting the bedroom ceiling, and even extending the lounge. He added so many thoughtful design elements that we never would have thought of ourselves, maximizing every square foot to create a flow and functionality that perfectly suits our needs.

Brian also managed all aspects the design layout of the project, including completely overhauling the electrics, gas, and plumbing, ensuring everything was up to code and running smoothly. What truly set Brian apart, though, was his constant communication. He regularly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with every step of the process, making us feel supported and confident throughout. He also took care of all the council and building regulation applications, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire experience seamless.

The first and most important thing when building an extension is choosing the right architect, get this wrong and it can cause no end of problems for the Builder and the customer. From the builders point of view time spent setting out, checking and re-checking measurements etc, from the customers point of view incurring extra costs as a result of poor drawings with little or no details. That's why I've been using Brian at BMac design and development for over 10 years. not only are his
drawings detailed and accurate, he actually listens and cares to what the customer wants, and comes up with alternatives to suit the clients budget. Brian's more than capable to answer any questions you have, regarding planning, building regs, pricing and design etc.
