We became a customer just before covid hit. They kept working most of the time, sending me information and updates. I was able to comment and make suggestions on the plans. Arkiplan was amazing they kept on top of the application for planning, although the local council struggled and took a very long time. I think I more or less gave up due to the long wait! Arkiplan did not and eventually we got the plans approved. Very well done Arkiplan you are great!

Dave provides a really great service. We received good quality planning and building reg plans quickly, and were granted planning permission with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service. Hopefully the rest of the build will be as stress free.

We were absolutely amazed with the service from start to finish. The website is very user friendly and the plans that Dave created from a few photos and a rough sketch were fantastic. Each stage was completed quickly and we had fast responses to all our queries. All the structural calculations and building regulations were taken care of. I was getting really frustrated trying to get some plans drawn up for a simple single story extension until I came across this company. So easy and so great to get a fixed cost. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing drawings.
