I have used HB Architectural Services for two extension projects on our house. Hannah offers a great service, makes good pragmatic suggestions on how to achieve what you are looking for and sound advice on how features of a plan affect cost. Both of our projects have gained planning approval without issue. I found her fees to be very reasonable and clearly structured. Her experience in designing facilities for people with disability was a real benefit for us.
