Their redevelopment of city markets, historical buildings and various other areas have really injected life into South Wales and brought us into the 21st century aesthetically.
The small businesses they work with and the buzz they bring to local communities is really something that can't be ignored.
Anyone who's had the pleasure of visiting GoodSheds and Newport Market will know exactly what I mean and if you've not yet gone, do yourself a favour and swing by - it's really something to behold. Can't recommend LoftCo enough and can't wait to see what they do next!

An asset to South Wales, the redevelopment and repurposing of some of South Wales’ historical buildings into retail, hospitality and live/work spaces is brilliant to see and great for local communities.

Their work can be seen and experienced at the Tramshed in Cardiff, Goodsheds & Pumphouse in Barry and the Jennings Building in Porthcawl are all well worth a visit.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Loftco the quality of the workmanship is very poor. They are generally six months behind on their projects don't listen to the sales agents it's just more lies.

This company will not fix snags the windows don't fit properly and there's leak after leak. They use the same poor quality windows and doors in all their buildings so be aware and ready for leaks.

The management company they use is called Absolute PMS ownd and run by nothing more than a lieing conman. This man is more than happy to lie again and again, charge for service that haven't and will never be performed. Eg charging you for a full time cleaner to clean two hall ways once a month. Windows that have never been cleaned in two years, but yet still charge you for! This company is truly disgusting and disgraceful.

Misleading and false sales brochures advertising a concierge and a secure post room neither true. Thousands of pounds in post was stolen over two years, because the developer and management company refused to provide a secure post room and both clam not to be at fault despite it being advertised in the sales brochures. Only when Walesonline covered the story they took action. Leaving tenants and home owns out of pocket.

Keep all of this in mind when making an offer on a Loftco property it will end up costing you fixing the poor workmanship.

In short ownd and run by nothing more than shysters and conmen.

Used Loft Co for a couple of properties. Only development company in South Wales that takes on challenging grand buildings and gives them a new purpose of life. They care about community, quality and the best use of materials. Can't wait to see they will be heading next!

Great organisation; their approach to bringing underused and under appreciated buildings back into use is an inspiration, and far removed from the larger building companies who produce low quality high volume, impersonal projects. We've worked with them on a number of projects & hope to continue to work with them long into the future.

Love the Pumphouse and the Tramshed and the new Platform building at Cardiff Bay Train Station is wonderful. All buildings have brought life back into quiet areas and all look amazing. Great company

Absolutely atrocious standards. I would never buy anything the are involved in!!! Standards are beyond low with a shiny finish. I'm still waiting for snagging issues to be resolved 3 years after buying one of their new builds. Damp problems, black mold, holes in walls, plastering cracks, window not fitted correctly, repairmen damaging things further. I'm horrified and the continued effort at getting it all resolved is making me ill!

I came across this company when I visited 2 of it's sites, really innovative way of looking at old buildings. I think it is great how they have breathed new life into old unused areas and was impressed by how contemporary and cool the spaces are.
