Had a very negative experience with Sarah Wynne and her team at Wynne & Co while recently dealing with tax needs following a family bereavement.

Had to wait almost a month for an initial appointment, and while gathering documents for that appointment, asked for a Financial Planning referral. Received no reply in almost a week, so stressed concerns when asking again about the timeliness of the response, and receptionist complained internally as it made her upset to receive constructive feedback. Was told the next day that they could not assist us further.

Tried to follow up directly with Sarah Wynne to discuss more and at least clear the air, but have received no response in the last two weeks. No empathy for our situation, not open to constructive feedback, quick to judge before hearing both sides of a story, abrupt and curt in communication. Steer well clear of Wynne & Co.
