Grace has been superb from initial consultation, through the planning phase and into build. We have recently worked with Draw The Line Design on a rear, side and front extension to our home and we cannot recommend them enough!
During our initial meeting, Grace took the time to really understand our needs and how we wanted to use the space and developed superb proposals. She was patient with us whilst we reviewed the proposals and was extremely accommodating with reworking the drawings to incorporate changes/new ideas.
She managed the process of planning permission, building regulations etc. and guided us through this process which such ease.
