Difficult to find words other reviewers haven’t used! Dewi and Geraint came to our previous property about 20 years ago with their father. Fast forward and we moved into this property which needed a total maker over so who you gonna call!! Got to be D&G. They are simply the best! Everything the other 5 star reviewers have said x2. Outstanding service from Wetherprufe Coatings. I have had trouble at the rear of my property with rendering that was old and starting to fail with cracks etc. Wetherprufe Coatings came out and gave me very helpful advice on options, and then a completely honest up front quote. They were always reliable and friendly whilst doing the work. Impeccable quality finish, and absolutely spotless in terms of cleaning up after themselves. I could not be any happier and I would fully recommend their services.

We have just had our home coated by Wetherprufe and we couldn't be happier with the results, what a tranformation! The guys were extremely efficient, professional and great communication from them about what was happening, they even liased with our neighbours regarding the ongoing works as we live in a small lane. Additionally, Dewi and the team were extremely tidy, at the end of each day you wouldn't have known that they had been on site. 100% recommend Wetherprufe Coating Wales to anyone thinking of having their house rendered.

Excellent from start to finish. Totally professional and very respectful of neighbours as scaffolding had to be in 3 additional gardens as well as ours. Great communication throughout. They clean up as they go along and even wiped down the windows afterwards. Really happy with final result ! Would highly recommend. !

A very Professional and honest company. Dewi and Geraint worked expertly and continuously despite the inclement weather to achieve a very satisfying finish. What outstanding professionalism from start to finish. Dewi was so helpful and informative at the initial enquiry. no high pressure sales, just talked me through the process as he looked over the building.
The team were punctual on site each day and worked efficiently and safely..
I was amazed at how much time and effort went into prepping and protecting the building ready for the spraying of the coating.
They were clean and respectful of the property and surrounding areas.
The guys were friendly and always happy to help and advise me with my many queries throughout the job.
We are thrilled with the job, and the colour we chose - always a bit of a nail biting moment when it goes on, but the colour - Antique White - worked very well with the multi-colour stone of the front of the cottage. The coating has certainly enhanced the beauty of the cottage.
I can't recommend Dewi and his team highly enough. Such a pleasure to do business with him.

EDIT: After Sales Service -
We are very surprised that after just over one year some patches had blown off under the chimney. Remedial work was required to repair the patches. We were shocked and disappointed to be told we would be charged for it. We believed the problem to have been caused by an original wall preparation oversight, around the chimney, and that the problem should have been foreseen as a weakness to the product and could have been avoided.
However, we strongly feel that the repairs should have been covered under the guarantee, or at least repaired at no cost, as a gesture of goodwill.
I have reduced the original 5 stars to 4 for this reason.
