I found C&T Eco to be very good and I would recommend them. They co-ordinated the work with the contractors extremely well and kept me informed. Always great communication via phone and email. A quick response to queries. Very professional. I did have an issue with the survey not accounting for the fact that my house is not accessible to a high vehicle and there was an issue with communication regarding this to the contractor. But that was not the fault of C&T Eco. I am extremely happy with my cavity wall insulation and I have had no issues with the integrity of the house. I think they used Thermabead (bead cavity wall insulation). My house no longer suffers with condensation in the winter and it feels more sound and it stays warmer for longer.

Installed a Worcester boiler, which normally would have a 10-12 year warranty. Because of their negligence ours does not. (Only 2 years workmanship guarantee)
What's even worse, just under 3 years after installation it starts leaking BECAUSE of a workmanship issue and they want nothing to do with it.
Big lesson: let your local gas engineer do the job! Give them the government funding. Steer well clear of this company.

I would like to thank C&T Eco Consultants for dealing with my case very professionally including all the staff from the various surveyors to the different installers who completed all the work (new boiler, updated loft insulation and updated and new ventilation).
All the fitters, and in particular the boiler installer, Neil Jones,(who was here the most) were very speedy and informative answering many questions I put to them. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole crew were very friendly. They got on with the job and left our property in a clean and tidy condition upon completion.
I have already recommended you to my brother who has started the process with you and would have no hesitation in recommending your company in the future.

I had a new boiler fitted by Neil Jones, who was excellent. When I had an issue with the boiler, which had to be rectified by the boiler manufacturer, Neil couldn't do enough to try and get my heating and hot water up & running - even
coming back to Newport on his day off.
Customer Service from C&T Eco was really good, especially Dylan & Zara who were excellent.

Our engineer from C&T was Neil Jones, he was very professional at all times and his level of workmanship was outstanding, happy to answer any questions as he was doing the removal and installation of our boiler. Always clearing up after himself at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Neil's services.

We had a new boiler fitted today by Neil. He arrived on time and got straight to work explaining what he would be doing and just checked everything through with us with regards to access and turning off water etc
He was friendly and professional and worked hard all day to get the new boiler fitted and all working for us and explained how the boiler and controls worked.
He put coverings on the floors and stairs and cleaned up as he worked.
Very professional and really happy with the work he carried out for us.

Just had a boiler installed today. Neil Jones the engineer was absolutely marvellous. He was very competent, polite and hardworking.
Neil was very explanatory and went through every step with a fine tooth comb- to detail. He didn't leave until the job was complete.
Neil went above and beyond and I will be having him to service my boiler every year
