Well actually I don't know where to start..
First big move and decision in my life was exceptionally great.
From the time when I decided to purchase a house in Wrexham, I have been to lots of sites and state agencies.
What I found with those guys is the package I was looking for from location, facilities, design, space and price all of these were such a great match.
When I met Debra, I explained to her what I want about my dream house and she was very keen to make everything happen and facilitated it in such simple and really professional way. Her communication was really great, she was always checking if everything is going as planned and in less than 3 months, we had our keys where everything was far beyond expextations.
I was always scared to take such a move but SG estates, site manager, workers and Debra from sales team made it as easy as it should be.

From beginning of the house journey to now 1 week into the property, I cannot fault SG Estates at all - especially Deb!
Being made to feel extremely welcome from the moment I stepped into the show home - continuous contact, even when I was extremely stressed and emailing at late in the night, there was constant correspondence and reassurance at every stage. Received my keys the end of October, and even now, I am still receiving contact to check in, and answer any queries I may have. We recently purchased our second home with SG Estates, and we couldn’t be happier. Our experience with SG Estates began in 2021 when we bought our first property in Llangollen on the Maes Helyg development. As first-time buyers, we were extremely impressed with the high-quality finish of our home. To ensure everything was perfect, we hired a professional snagging company with over 20 years of experience in new build property surveying. The specialist ranked our home in the top 1% of all properties he’s inspected in the UK from a quality of finish perspective—a testament to SG Estates’ exceptional standards.
