Well where do I start ! Currently having a wet room installed & the boys doing it are so friendly polite and so clean ! Everything done perfect, Kevin is amazing at his job & so is john Dylan & Stuart ,can't wait to see the finished result now which should be very soon ,would highly recommend these boys, esp Kevin as he's done most of it himself apart from where he's needed the other boys for electrics etc, more of these people we need , well done boys would give you 100 stars if I could ,may I also add they even know how to use a mop 🤣 xx

I live in V2C property and recently had a new kitchen fitted. I admit I wasn't looking forward to the work as my husband is housebound. They arrived on time each day, told me what they were going to do that day and basically got on with it. We stayed in the living room and could hear them, there was no bad language although the singing wasnt up to much. I'd highly recommend this firm. The work is top class and they were so polite.

The owner answered his phone on bank holiday Sunday. They managed to get a consummate craftsman to my house within an hour. The job was done to a high standard and cost way less than I expected. Professional and reassuring throughout. Saved my bacon quite frankly. Highly recommended and will use again.

Quality of workmanship is 5*.

The aftercare is despicable. Left a disabled person without heating for 4 days and refused point blank to rectify problem or even send an engineer to check the problem out.
British Gas were called and put the problem right in under 2 minutes.
PBM will not abide by a duty of care if you are vulnerable, so dont expect an aftercare service they will blame anything rather than do what should be done.

If I could score more than a 5, then I would! This organisation has to be one of the best in Wales, without a doubt! They have the most professional team, exceptional work standard at the highest quality. I’ve encountered more than enough contractors to know the levels of standards from most. I won’t name & shame the bad guys, but if you need ANY work, ensure you check out these guys 100% I don’t think there is any contractor I’ve encountered, that I could say are better 🧐 There isn’t anybody else I’d use going forward. These were the 4th contractor who’ve had to rectify damage to my flooded property. But these blown it out of the water #Literally 👌🏽 #PBM #Damien #1 💙

Initially contacted to repair blocked drain and pleased with job. They did identify a cracked channel but failed to return to complete the job. This despite contacting them numerous times over a 2 month period.

Called PBM about my blocked sewer. Came very quickly and sorted the problem. Very clean, efficient and friendly service. Definitely recommended.
