Kev was professional and easy to work with throughout my project. When planning the works, he liaised with my architect and structural engineer to produce a quote that was both fair and competitive.

The works themselves were of a high quality, demonstrating experience, competence, attention to detail and an ability to efficiently solve problems which are an inevitable part of any construction project.

Kev's communication was excellent throughout the works and he also recommended other trades, including carpentry, tiling and garden works. All trades worked extremely well together to complete the project according to the agreed schedule.

I would (and have) recommended KMH to others.

Our front path was horrible, the tiles were 20 years old and the mortar was crumbling away. Kevin has replaced it with lovely new tiles, we are so pleased with it, the path looks great and it really brightens the front of the house.
Kevin arrived on time each day and he cleaned up the front before he left for the day so we weren’t stepping over piles of tools etc.
The price Kevin quoted was the price we paid, there were no hidden costs so no nasty surprise at the end of the job.
We would use Kevin again for jobs in the future, he was polite, professional and a very nice friendly guy.
