We chose LoftPro for conversion of our attic space into a Dormer. LoftPro always had a positive, can-do attitude. They agreed and assisted us to achieve all our ideas, for example, we wanted a very large window overlooking the garden and they were all for it and helpful. The work was carried out to the highest standards. One piece of advice I would give is that after spending thousands on the structural work, it’s worth spending a little more to get it professionally decorated for the end result to look outstanding. LoftPro’s decorating team were fantastic and so precise with all the painting and redecorating work. In particular, Di was very experienced and absolutely brilliant with his carpentry. Special thanks to Gareth and his apprentice Joel for their intelligent plumbing and can do anything! Gareth the boss is very patient and always polite, a true gentleman we found him to be. The team would tidy up after themselves every single day and were minimally disruptive to our daily life. When investing so much money in your home it’s definitely worth your peace of mind to go with the professionals you can trust, who will stick to their promises and not mess around at all. We would recommend LoftPro in an instant and would like to work with them again in future.

Excellent service. We had an issue with our heating tank 8 years after Loft Pro did our loft conversion and the team resolved it quickly and efficiently. As for the loft conversion itself, which included a retruss, all good and enjoying the space.

Excellent aftercare, we had our Loft done 4 years ago and the work is top notch. We had a minor issue with the electrics and the team arranged an electrician to come over and fix the issue with no charge.

Thank you to Loft Pro and team for a fantastic job! The team made the process simple from start to finish, a one stop shop and took all the stress out of the whole project. We recently had our loft converted into an additional bedroom with ample storage and office space. The workmen attending site were professional, polite, easy to get along with and nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed throughout the whole process which made us feel at ease.
