Innovation have just finished our en-suite and main bathrooms.
Both jobs were finished on time, in budget and we are delighted with the outcome. The guys were professional and polite and the service we received was excellent. Well done guys!

Quoted 10 days, still there after 30! Loose sockets, rubbish bath seal, radiator not working, illegal gas work carried out remedied by a gas safe engineer. Brian offered me half of my costs, which I refused.
Absolutely a cowboy firm. I wish I’d never used them.

We recently had our en-suite installed by Innovation. The service we received was amazing from start to finish. Brian and Dan were very helpful throughout. Eddie did a great job. Cannot Thank Brian enough for his help with planning my awkward bathroom shape. "I like a challenge" said Brian and this turned out to be a beautiful bathroom.
Nothing was too much trouble. Price was great high standard products, very good work ethic.
Even when there was a glitch ...called Brian and Matt problem solved nothing too much trouble certainly will use again on a new kitchen in the future.

Super service from Innovation, from start to finish. Complete en-suite makeover managed from support choosing suite to coming out to measure up … bringing in their own plasterer and electrician. Very happy with the end result and a special mention to fitter Nige who oversaw the job and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

This company and myself share a mutual customer. I was recently asked to undertake some electrical work for the customer, while carrying out my initial inspection I noticed that some of the work I was quoting for should have been carried out prior to the bathroom refit.
I then checked the rest of their work, only to find the following

Installed spot, lights incorrectly terminated (see pictures)
Bathroom fan no isolator installed
No RCD protection on the lighting circuit
No main earth bonding to metallic gas service
Main earth bonding to metallic water pipe incorrectly sized
No electrical testing carried out
No minor works electrical certificate
No notification to building control (part P requirements)

I told the customer to contact them and explain what I found, unfortunately they fobbed them off, saying none of that applied. I also emailed this firm several months ago and never got a reply.
I ended up rectifying the earth bonding issues, because it had to be done prior to my work being done.
My advice would be, make sure you get a registered electrician who can certify the electrical work you require.
I am a registered NIC/EIC electrical contractor, and find it disappointing that companies such as this are fobbing people off, and doing poor electrical work.

We thoroughly recommend Innovation Bathrooms. Their showroom is helpful (you know what you are ordering) and they help you design, based on your wishes. The whole team seem to be interested in getting it right for you and care that you are happy with the final outcome.
Jason fitted our bathroom - he clearly enjoys his work and took pride in making it a quality job. He was reliable, prompt, professional and easy to have in our home.
It is brilliant to work with a local, small business and find that promises are kept and work is completed to a high standard. Thoroughly recommended.
