Mortar is far too stiff. Needs more water. We have to add water and mix it by hand every day. It's back breaking and soul destroying. We tell them regularly but falls on deaf ears

I've collected concrete, mortar and screed several times and found the service slick. Had a mortar delivery once and was very impressed, excellent service. I found the office staff a little inexperienced, it wasn't until my third collection until I identified exactly what I needed, I'll take responsibility for that but I do feel I should have been advised better. Overall I like the firm and will definitely use again in the future.
