I recently used AGS builders for a medium sized job. It involved removing an internal wall, moving & plumbing the toilet to the other side of the room whilst adding a new feed so a sink and washing machine could also go in, rewired the room, added spot lights, levelled and laid the flooring, boarded and plastered the whole space.

2 doors into each room originally, but they bricked one entrance and added a sliding door to make it one entrance into the enlarged room. At the same time they also installed a new kitchen.

Unlike many builders, Gary was very thoughtful about costs and was finding similar items to the ones we found but cheaper. They also came in under budget which is a rarity.

Gary and the team did a fantastic job and we're extremely happy with the finish. I won't be using another builder. I highly recommend!

A first class professional team they built a utility and shower room side extension together with a patio to the rear and a new block paving driveway. Their quote was reasonable and the final bill was slightly under their quote they also dealt direct with building control. The build was started and finished close to the original time scale quoted and we were kept informed with any delays or issues.
