We have a 1930s detached house that was in need of renovation. New roof, anthracite double glazing, external composite doors, drainage, k-rend rendering and a kitchen extension with skylights has transformed our home. The project planning including architectural plans was spot on and the quality of materials, building and finish were superb. Damien has a great team around him and Lee did a great job of managing the build on site. Lees knowledge is extensive and his quality of work is exceptional.

The aftercare from Damien and Lee has been great and we would heartily recommend RG and the team.

RG Developments done the structural work and finishes from footings to getting the roof watertight - then electrics, plumbing and plastering on our rear extension.
Damian was really helpful from start to finish. He helped us with all the relevant requirements from the architectural plans to planning permission to building regulations approval.

Damian and the team at RG Developments were outstanding on my home extension project.

I contacted Damian after having trouble with a different builder. He promptly visited my property to assess the situation and provided me with an excellent quote for remediation of prior works and to continue with the build.

From start to finish the team worked professionally, tidily, with great skill and attention to detail, and were respectful to me, my neighbours and any third-party they encountered at the property throughout the build. The team were also very reassuring due to their high level of knowledge of all aspects of building work. I asked many, many questions and the guys happily answered them and explained the process at every step along the way.

Something else which RG excels at is communication. Builders are not known for being the best communicators, but I have to say that Damian was superb. He regularly called me to advise what was happening and when and updated me along the way at each phase of the project. Equally, if not more impressive, was the fact that he ensured he always answered the phone whenever I called. This might seem trivial but trust me, it isn’t. This simple gesture made me feel like a valued customer which was very important to me and in stark contrast to my previous builder.

I can’t thank Damian and the team enough for their hard work and dedication to my project, where they often worked on weekends to ensure deadlines were adhered to and targets were achieved. Great commitment!

I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them and will without doubt be calling them again for any future undertakings.

From initial meeting with Damian through to completion communication was excellent - Damian was always at the end of the phone if we had any questions.
