Contacted Parsons for a quote to drop a kerb. After several emails of them telling me they would have to get their QS to look at the job before they could quote (yes, that is what I asked for, a quote) and not responding to my questions of when the QS could visit they failed to respond any further. Obviously have enough business on to not take on any new work.
