We recently hired a 3 ton machine with post knocker which fell to bits within an hour, the machine was taken away and another delivered next weekend which leaked oil everywhere before we even started, a mechanic came out 3 hours later and said it hadn't been serviced, the man on the phone was rude and very unhelpful, in all we lost 3 working days due to their incompetence. The bill when it came was double the quoted price which was paid by a colleague that had little knowledge of what had happened. This company is an absolute shower and we will not be using them again

Absolutely superb. Keaten put together the ideal solution for our transport challenge (shifting some industrial ceramics equipment to a studio) and was able to implement this the next morning. Just a word of warning.

We had our gate damaged by the driver collecting scaffolding recently who told us to contact the office at Godstone only to be told by them that they don’t cover any damage caused by them and it is the responsibility of the hirer.

We would never use this company again or recommend them and they certainly need to make this clearer.

We contracted Coppard crane hire to assist in a specialist lift of our sculpural pool slide. The project was not straightforward as the crane had to negotiate a newly laid lawn area, through a tennis court and lift the slide into place on the poolside adjacent.
The communication with Mark Tough was excellent throughout the process.Using their expert knowledge to ensure the lift went smoothly and efficiently with the right equipment. We use various operators in this field around the world and I have to say Coppard are one of the best!
Full protection of all areas meant there was absolutely no consequential damage to lawn or tennis courts. Super helpful team only too happy to assist.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Coppard Crane hire in the future.
