I called office regarding some drawings and spoke to a very nice gentleman
When the nice gentleman asked someone in the background about what I needed all I heard was tell him he can wait I’m very busy in a very bad tone. Next time get the person answering the phone to mute when asking questions to the boss.
Very rude I must say.
Steer clear people use a more friendly architecture company

Shocking they never return any calls and wont reply to any emails they are a complete wast of time the worst level of customer service I have ever had the mis-fortune to stumble upon. been giving me the run around for over 10 weeks now ! so bad I have had to start from scratch with a more reliable firm avoid at all costs
