The team at Amico Design have been very helpful and professional with our journey through design , planing application and trough out the build of our complex project. Guv and the team has managed to incorporate all our views and help us decide on some aspects of design in a very short period of time, obtaining us a very swift planing application.
As we were building he has done numerous site visit to oversee the build process and help us sort the issues that we came across during the build process.

I was very nervous about the whole process of using an architect, I didn't know what to expect and didn't know anyone who could advise. I stumbled across Amico, via a Google search, and from the off my concerns disappeared. Firstly because he is always quick to respond unlike others! I remember him saying something along the lines of 'I treat people how I would like to be treated ' and genuinely he has made the whole process very easy for me, keeping me up to speed with what was happening with the planning permission etc. Guv initially came out to hear my ideas and made some great suggestions; I then met others in the team when we had an online chat about the plans they had created. They were very patient throughout my indecisiveness and answered all my queries clearly. I am still mid-process as I progress to the actual build and Guv has offered to make some changes to the plans to help with the build cost. In the past I've always been very dubious about any type of contractor but I can honestly say I have a huge amount of trust in Guv and his team and am confident they will help me through to the end of this project. If you need an architect, use these guys... I would be stunned if you could find anyone better. One last point actually: I can't really comment on whether the cost is in keeping with others (although my builder thought it was a very fair price) but when you're spending significant amounts for renovations you need to trust folk and you can't really put a price on that...fantastic service, would 100% recommend.

Can’t find fault with Guv and his team! Started off with getting a few quotes and not only was their quote competitive, he came over and suggested some other ways to change the house, some that we incorporated into our plans.

Later the email communications back and forth with changes to plans or follow up calls were always very quick and timely responded to. The team was always happy to jump onto a call for us to explain anything that wasn't clear or to show us what they meant. There is no point we felt disillusioned or disappointed by the team or their work.

I would highly recommend Guv and Amico Design architects.
