Steve carried out a home survey for us at a property we were buying, he was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and a total professional. Steve called on the day of the survey to give us an overview, was happy to answer questions and explain things to us, The full report we received was detailed, included photos and helped us make an informed decision on the property

Steve phoned on the day he'd done the survey, and spent a lot of time explaining all the issues he'd found with the property, in advance of his very detailed written report. He was even happy to have the same conversation again a few days later with my partner. Steve prepared a full survey for us on a Grade II listed building that we are looking at purchasing as our first home. On the day of the survey, Steve called me in the evening to debrief his initial thoughts. We really appreciated this, as it gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. Steve even suggested how we could go about fixing some of the problems highlighted, and reviewed a quote for some of the works to be done to give us a sense of whether the quote was reasonable for the work. Our written report followed and was incredibly detailed, with pictures of every aspect of the property being discussed. As first time buyers, we are very thankful for Steve's assistance throughout the process and his independent opinions on the property. Recently I had a house survey made by Steve and I was impressed the way he conduct that, with professionalism and knowledge , great attention to details, checking every corner of the property inside and outside from the roof to floor.

Highly recommended. The service is seamless from first contact to receipt of a very detailed report. You deal directly with the surveyor who has carried out the review and writes the report. Steve also took the time to call me after the survey to talk about the key findings and his suggested actions. The report itself was clear and thorough, and was accompanied by additional photographs and commentary which added additional value. It is clear that they are experts, and offer a service that is without question superior to larger national organisations.
